This is especially an issue because a certain nVidia driver seems to require a reboot after installing, which then appears to prevent other VGA drivers from being installed. ![]() However, it seems like the system scans for all INF files and attempts to install them, even for hardware that does not exist. I have a setting in my unattend.xml to pull out-of-box drivers from a network share in the auditSystem pass (under Microsoft-Windows-PnpCustomizationsNonWinPE_neutral), and most drivers are being correctly installed. I have been working with the new deployment tools for Windows 7 in order to create a hardware-independent system image to be deployed to users machines.
